Originally posted by aeroyeah, well a rough idea is that people from tampa would roll to orlando, miami/lauderdale would go to orlando, and then meet up with all the people from orlando. then we would head up to jacksonville, pick up everyone there (at an exit/rest area/big parking lot...)
The more information that I get from people (location/name/email/aim/phone number) the quicker I can get together the exact locations of where to meet up at, and how many people are coming from each location.~Nick~

95 and then 220 into asheboro?
or95 then through columbia, SC then up 77 to asheboro?
I just looked at a map and if you guys are going up 95 most of the way, its a good bit out of the way for macon and atl people. If your going through columbia I might be able to join up with you all. We'll see what happens. L8rLast edited by bjaccord; 03-07-2006, 09:40 PM.Turbo H23a3 build has begun01-01-2019

The official Meet route has been planned... Very simple for the FL people, straight up I-95 to SR-26. That will get us to our overnight destination, departing from there in the AM to the meet.
As you can see, I also included the ATL route in teal.
For anyone that is in GA, and thinks that the FL route is quicker/easier for you, consider yourself a floridian (10% dumber) and lemme know where you are located, so we can figure out a meet up location (rest stop, gas station.... something).
I still need quite a bit of information, since I only have info for 4 people, and I know 8 at least are going. I wanna figure out where about people will be joining up so we can make a good exit/join up locations along the way.

ok, still trying to figure that out... I have 9 cars from FL... Still waiting for contact info for most, I guess the meet IS coming up soon isnt it!
I am guessing we may have a few more, but 10-12 cars will be about max.
I will remind everyone to bring extra stuff once again as it gets closer... I was chatting with someone... i'll bring a board and my roof rack, and sleep up there if I have toLast edited by aero; 03-14-2006, 10:46 PM.

Update for others...
Orlando area people
and
Jacksonville area people
I will need a good rest area/exit that has a few good fast food restaraunts and gas, and also easy to get on and off at with quite a few cars in a line.
Orlando area, I would prefer an exit, with gas stations.
Jacksonville, a rest area will do fine as everyone should have gas and food for a little while.
I would like to find something NORTH of both of the cities. Some people will meet up individually, and at peoples houses, but these two exits will be where we will all meet up, make sure we have everyone that is supposed to be with us, and then head out to the next checkpoint.
I also need to know who needs to work on Friday, and until what time, because we really need to leave the Orlando area sometime early. I would prefer to leave around 4-4:30 to avoid traffic, but I understand some may have to work... getting off an hour or two early would help.
PM me, AIM me, or respond here so I can get this all organized. we only have a few weeks, and I want to get everything ready beforehand.
