Basically. There were only 10-12 cars total. It was weak...Too many people backed out. Two people (trev, delsol) backed out understandably as for everyone else I dunno what their situation was.

i'm not even gonna get started on why i had to back out. it's my own problem, just sucks that it happened the way it did. next meet i should be able to go assuming my wife isn't prego.

I havn't met a single person off here yet, but plan to cuz most of the people are pretty fuckin cool. i don't know many people that support the cb7s like you guys.

Its all g. I am just saying if most people are going to back out just say it on here. Its pointless to see a bunch of names on a list to go while people think its going to be big next thing you know barely anyone shows up. I know a few other people had technical troubles I remember kyle blew his diff up and a couple others. I am just saying for people if they are GOING please make sure its for sure. If you CANNOT make it please let people know so the list doesnt look exaggerated. Overall it was a fun meet, met a few new faces and some new upgrades. DAMN IT CAZ I DIDNT GET PICS OF YOUR WAGON!!! But yea it was fun. Racial humor and racing down cliffs was a great idea by who? The one and only me lol.

i got ya. i was just making a comment wasn't tryin to be an ass or anything. the only issue i had with my cb7 is the water pump but we could have made in my wifes cb7. our issue wasn't technical thi it was financial, i lost my job about 2 months ago, and have been workin at autoszone the last few weeks to make ends meet till i get something better, which has come along and i should be startin the 31st. i'll be makin 5 more an hour than i am now. so thats only part of our issue with going. besides i was only on the 50/50 list.

hopefully, by the next meet my wife won't be very far along assuming she is prego again by then and i have the time off to go. long story short as far as the wife goes, she has a condition with carrying babies and has to get stiched up to carry past half term. so she may not wanna go if she is prego and has the stiches. and of course i would rather stay home if she don't go with me.

I thought the meet went pretty well for the most part even after everyone bailed on us. The trip to Austin from Dallas was pretty fun with John, Nelson, and Justin. I can't wait to swap so I can keep up lol. I don't like pushing this old ass engine too hard. I know that next meet will be better. I was really wanting to check out Lee's car and even he was able to make it with all of his tranny issues. I'm dedcaited to making our meets and you can always count me in as long as they are in TX. You guys are the best and a lot of fun to hang with. I wouldn't miss it for the world even if it's the same old group like it mostly always is lol. I'll tell you one thing, Austin is a beatiful place to visit and I will go back soon. We need to have some more meets there especially, at that one spot we found at the top of that hill. Get those pictures up guys!
