Alright made another thread since the first was getting a bit cluttered. Now to get things settled it will be just like any other accord meet. Friends and family are invited just make sure they dont do any stupid stuff to get us kicked out of any facilities. The rules will be listed below. But here goes the info and list of events. This is also the final call on what events are going to go on so no one gets confused. Hope you all can make it and hope to meet some new people.
If you have a video camera/camera bring it out and rep texas! The more the merrier. If you have a video camera be sure to bring it we need a proper tx video. Another thing just FYI and security of others, if you post pics online please blur out the plates for security and personal reasons.

Dallas:AMC Grand 24 Map To AMC Grand Meet up at 9:00AM ish. We will be departing around 9:30AM. If you do not see us at the Grand most likely we already started off on 35. I will post my number later on for you guys just in case you get lost. If I can get someone from Austin, San Antonio, Houston to leave there numbers so they can kind of help out with this it would be great. just PM me and let me know.

Time: Around Noon 12-1 There is an hour cushion so just in case anyone gets hung up in traffic or something they can still make it without being late. Just make sure you get to Fuddrucker's by 1PM. We will either be in the lot or eating inside.
My prediction if everything goes well Dallas people should get there around 12 ish. That 1 hour is a pretty big cushion.
Events planned for the meet:
1. Fuddruckers - Eat, Meet, Greet
2. Iron Rock Raceway - Karting
3a. Dave and Buster's - This is for people that dont feel like hanging around when we paint Avendi's car or have family and need something to do. Plus they do have food which is a good thing.
3b. Paint Avendi's car - We will go to another location for this activity. We will be following avendi obviously.
4. Meet up again at dave/busters/
5. Get some night photos or sunset
6. Sixth Street - If you dont have anywhere to stay please dont get loaded when you go last thing we want is a fellow member to get arrested or injure themselves and people around them.
If you guys print a map it would help me a bunch! lol. But if your going to print maps this is what you will need.
