Ok 9/11 was a really bad day. This is what happened that day. I know that a few of you have all ready heard but Im gonna tell all of you.

Our apartment caught on fire and Nick and I lost everything. My 4 year old came in to the bedroom where we were folding clothes and said Mommy come here theres a fire and of course I kinda dismissed it and then went out there and he was not crying wolf. we went into the living room and just freaked. He tried to get water but the drapes caught on fire too. and then the sliding glass dorrs broke in his face and the flames just spread really fast into the house. So with that said we are all ok no one got hurt and Leela the cat made it as well. We just got approved for another apartment and move in this weekend.

Yes Nick and Shannon are very lucky. I'm just glad that Shannon's 4 year old is so smart and realized what was going on. Anything could have happened and this kid is very brave. You don't have to do anything to start these kind of fires they just can happen sometimes. I'm very relieved to hear that everyone is safe. Now we can finish on the Nick's V- Tec!

yeah cameron really did save all of us had he not said anything we would have been trapped in the bedroom and who knows.we were able to save some stuff but nothing really enough to keep it all going. everything we did save is wet,covered in black soot, fiberglass and just straight up reaks bad!!!! the new place is nice and in 10 times better shape with actual working smoke detectors. we are all ok and going to be fine, thanks for the support guys and yeah courtney when we are done cleaning all our smokey stuff we are gonna finsh the VTEC H23. since it's been two months now i think J wants his driveway and garage back. thanks again guys for the support.

Electical.. exactly what I thought. And this is soo comon in apartments?!! And those pictures do look pretty bad...

my advice to anyone in apartments is to GO to homedepot and pick up a wall plug tester, they're cheap and they will tell you if there are shorts anywhere. This happens way too often. Anywho Nick knows how I will help them.
