No, the bumper came this way with no holes. There were very few kit available like this in the past, but now theyre even harder to find. I know me and PrimoCB7 had em. No patch work here...just a cracked front bumper

do you know the manufacturer? my guess is probably that someone saw how popular shaving the holes was on actual R33's and did a limited production run of shaved bodykits.. although it's interesting that they aren't around for alot of other cars. of course, this could also be that the R33 bumper looks really nice on the accords especially since the headlights are similiar and the grill can be made to look similiar.
