I agree Cali is an awesome place to visit. Live, not so much, everything is more expensive there than here in Texas. The girls are drop dead gorgeous and Cali definitely has their share as well (stayed a month for work). Only weak points of Texas are 1) No distinct seasons and 2) Humidity. I would say the only other place I would live would be Colorado, but that's because I love the mountains. Other than that, Texas is my favorite.

On top it's the most popular tourist destination out West I believe.

H town aint that bad(gangs)there some but its not a big thing tho I find the food in Dallas to be horrible no one there can cook

I think you may have just been going to the wrong restaurants. If you ever head that way again I can refer you to some very nice but still affordable places. Just so you know Houston has the second worst traffic in the entire U.S., and no it's not going to get better anytime soon. Galveston is even dirtier than South Padre which I didn't think was possible. IMO, Houston is the sweaty butthole of Texas.

I'm going to have to agree with most people and say that Cali is a nice place to visit, but I would never live there. It is a very nice place which is why 32498342930843298432094823 people live there. I like all the attractions, natural and man made, but it's way too overcrowded and polluted for me. I'm not necessarily a huge fan of Texas, but I would pick it over Cali.

so umm... texas this and texas that!!! well, guess what fellas!?!? you got a new CB coming to TX.... im supposed to be moving in like a week... never been up there, ever! my parents just bought a house somewhere near san antonio.... i'm a little uneasy about the whole thing... but i'm hoping all is true about the nicer people, smog emissions and definately the girls!!! which one of you guys is near san antonio... im gonna need some friends so ... ..the name's Edgar. hopefully i get to meet some of you guys and check out your rides. maybe make new connections with parts and shit like that..... see ya guys!
