Need help ! ! ! Kinda Urgent !

Hey guys...I was on cars.com just trying to check on some prices on the accords and came across two.

1992 Honda Accord EX ( 29 mi ) white/blue int

1992 Honda Accord LX ( 34 mi )

Now the first one, i talked to the guy and i'm going to see the car in the morning. He said everything is fine on it but i'm not too mechanically inclined and since i just moved out here...haven't had the time to actually find a good mechanic. Anyway, I was wondering if anyone isn't busy in the morning around 11-12 I WOULD BE VERY APPRECIATIVE if you could come and take a look at the car with me. I'm willing to supply the gas money for the guy who helps whether i buy the car or not. I just really need someone mechanically inclinded to come and take a look at it with me to make sure i'm not gettin jerked. It's 29 mi away from where i'm staying ( Denton, next to UNT if anyone knows where that is ).

As far as the second one, i haven't gotten a hold of the guy as of yet but it'll be a great backup if the first one falls through.

Anyway...thanks for your help guys. Anyone that can be of service i'll appreciate it but if ya can't i understand. TIA

Id help you out man but im not in town. But if no one can go with you just listen to any noises when test driving also check if it starts up good, and drives smoothly. See if they change there cars oils and stuff at the intervals they were supposed to. See if they changed timing belt since most of those cars look like its bout time assuming they change at 80k. Check body for any visual damage and thats all i can think of off the top of my head.

thanks nails. I'll be sure to do that. I'll make sure of the lil stuff as well. Right before i moved out here, a friend of mine brought a 95 nissan maxima, the shit looked ok, sounded ok and everything was pretty good. Come to find out, the latch to open the gas cover was broken and a friggen cable was sitting on the floor ( lol you should have seen us at the gas station trying to find the switch for the gas cover ) and the under hood release for the hood was a lil broken making it somewhat of a mission to pop the hood lol.

I'll be sure to check all types of lil daily driver amenities...right down to the horn.
