wilson since you PM box is full, here is my answer to your question.
what city? first i took the ticket with that sticker on the back and photocopied front and back for future pull overs. keep in glove box. next bring that original ticket and show it to the judge. depending on the court system of the city you have to get a court date and just show up and give the ticket. then pay the $10 court fee and you're on your way. mine was city of pasadena.

btw it takes about a few months for all this to go down. i got my ticket in november, certified in december, and cleared it in MAY!!! so it's pending for that long!!! the beauty is that if you get pulled over again you can say you have one pending already, plus you can say it's certified already and show your copy. alotta running around but it beats paying $240 or so.
thanks for the instructions, I'm going to just do Trial by Declaration and mail in all my paper work. I want to keep the certificate, looks so much more legit than a photocopy, but if I have to forfeit it to the court to save $200+ so be it. This is my first ever ticket in my 3 years of driving, so I was really clueless on the legal process. Going to be a learning experience.

The guy at the BAR testing spot told me the certificate doesnt exempt me from future tickets and even said the fine wouldnt get written off-what a noob... lol.

Thanks joey and tim for the advice, yeah I know about toe's effect on tire wear. It just boggles me how if a car is sitting moderately on one side of a tire with a very inward camber that it'll still wear evenly.

I know my tires are too fat, but I like the meaty look and they'll do well for my moderate drop.

i inspect my tires at every oil change and rotate as necessary. it won't wear like stock of course but it does wear out better than if the toe wasn't corrected. usually by the end of the inner tire the outer side should be about 40%. not that bad in my opinion.

              Agree with Timmy.

It really depends on whether you daily drive your car or not. If you do a lot of touge or race track cornering, then negative toe is beneficial. Or if all you do is show the car then why does it matter?
But for daily driving, a camber kit is a good investment.

I wouldn't be too worried about camber wear on tires as long as you have correct toe. On every set of wheels I've had my tires have worn evenly, even when I had to have a mild stretch.

As far as the Q45 community, the aftermarket for it is much larger than the Accord community and the car is very popular in Japan.

much agreed. on my ssrs i was running no camber kit in the and no tire gap. all 4 of my tires wore evenly. i did nothing to the suspension other then lowering it.

Nope...It'll be very close to even all the way around. You can ask Jed cuz he's seen every set of wheels I've owned as well as the guy that bought my Work S1's, the wear is close to perfect.

and as for the ticket, you do get signed off, but yeah, it doesn't prevent you from future citations. if that cop is dumb, then you might get away.

when I do alignments, I always make the fron toe at least +.07 on front and about +.05 on rear. this way, the front compensates for your car to go more straight. but the correct (ase) way to do it is to 0 out toe.
