I want to get a set and paint them black, sort of like a wide body thing baha. I think it'd look okay with my black bumpers ;p

deffinately NOT.. fender trims are usually made of chrome plated sheet metal. thus, bleach would eat up the whole thing..

your best option is to have it powder coated or have it sprayed with some sort of special paint that adhears well enough to chrome plated surfaces

i got HIDs installed in my fogs. but i need help. will someone be willing to help me out? i need to open up my fogs 'cause water is getting in there and i was hoping someone can help me out. and help me re-seal it and respray paint it yellow.
