Wired up all the wires. Taking shit now, and then transferring trans and clutch over then engine will b in and done tonite.

Swap is just like a h22. Gotta change over some parts but basically identical. The wirings is just like doing any other non vtec to vtec wiring. This is my second f20 motor but the first one never got done due to financial reasons. But we started the car up and it runs great. But somehow the downpipe on the one I got was too big so I gotta go to muffler shop and have it fixed. And I ran out of Honda trans fluid. I have so many ATF laying around but no mtf. Lol. And I am pretty drink now too. That's y it took long. But thanks to tony and my brothers it started. Just can't drive it yet. The tuning should b done in a couple weeks. Gonna use my stand alone but a chipped p28 till then. Again, thank you Craig and Hmotorsonline.
I'm gonna take tomorrow off and chill with the family.

ur using the h22 tranny? so you converted everything to OBDI . around how much was it for the swap so i know at what numbers to look at.

Bear in mind that I resurfaced my own flywheel and save 45 bucks, and many other parts that Saved a few bucks. Can't wait to drive it. Gonna put in trans fluid in a bit and bleed the clutch fluid and drive it around the block open header hoping not to meet a Beaumont pd. Lol.

just got back from a 4-day, 1200-mile trip with the family. Car ran perfectly fine with the exception of clogged windshield sprayers and an annoying glove box rattle. 31.6 mpg on the best tank!

Thanks Craig. Car idles beautiful. Drive it yesterday with open header, and the vtec freakin kicked in like a b18 type r. Totally different compared to h22. ESP when Tonys ecu vtec set at 6000. Damn. Taking another shit now and gonna go to muffler shop.

got the flange welded non and it sounds really deep and quiet. damn. vtec pulls harder than a h22 but lack torque big time. it's kool though. runs beautiful. took out the power steering and hoses and pipes ad engine bay looks a little cleaner. still dirty though. gotta save up for a bigger intake. but the diference between my old setup and now is the torque and reponse. my old wetup had way more torue and better throttle response.
