Thanks Jed support, yeah my car was rear ended today by none other than a 91 lx accord driven by a illegal mexicano! Two cars in front of me stopped, thus i stopped, but the guy i guess wasnt paying attention, and slammed on his brakes and slammed into me. My bumper got kind of jacked, and i dont think any frame damage happened, but you never know until you take the bumper off. He dented my greddy exhaust tip, and when i got out of my car, i said sir do you have insurance, he nodded his head "NO" and i almost beat the crap out of him. I got someone to translate to him, and he had insurance, but its his brother in laws car. so i called CHP, and the guy took a report. His brother in law came down, and said he wanted to settle this without calling the insurance agency, and i said maybe. After talking to my friends, they said i should go thru the insurance and not accept any cash from him. Just to be safe, and also make sure that i am not putting myself at risk. So the guy calls me and says he wants me to get a estimate, and he will give me cash, and i tell him no, and that my mind is made up. He got pissed, and i said you know what your brother in law "who is illegal" was driving yoru car, i dont care if yoru insurance is going to go up, i want my car fixed, and i am taking a route i feel will protect me as well as me getting my car fixed right. so I am going to call my insurance on monday and then see what happens. Man i had a bad feeling today, and be safe out there guys. I had one cb7 almost take out my cb7. shit that sucks.
