i've seen worse, on my evening commute i usually see this 98 camry that has been t-boned in the b-pillar and the owner just clear taped the windows and drives it like nothing is wrong with the car. It's a fairly old accident as it's very rusted ad the tape is all yellowed.Comment

But a cop's mentality is: Fuck ticketing and towing a dilapidated vehicle that is potentially dangerous to all other vehicles and people within its surrounding area just by its very existence on a public road. I'm going to pull this Honda over because he has no front license plate. Because that is certainly more dangerous to the general public.
