no personal experience but there are two types of omnis, one with a softer spring rate and the other that is much stiffer. I've heard from others that they arent comfortable to drive around with since they're so stiff you feel every bump causing your teeth to clatter sometimes. They were made for track use but daily driving I'm not so sure of unless you're okay with super stiff spring rate. Wagon joey had the softer set I believe, and sold them quickly lol. At least a benefit from super stiff full coilovers is that your tires wear out less quickly.

honestly omni powers arnt that bad. maybe its just because im soo used to the bumps that i think its normal.

the best time they were put to use is when i had flying chairs heading towards my car and i had to maneuver around it and there was no body roll at all. i think omnis saved me a trip to the collision shop.

You should be fine with the Omni-Power full coilover Type Street.

They were the Omni Power Street and Race, respectively. They had stiffer spring rates for the race versions. I had the Streets which eventually ended up on Jed's car. I believe Tim had the stiffer sets.

ooh...I was looking at the used ones in the classifieds. they got like 6000 miles on them but i believe hes the 2nd owner. my cousin had brought up a good point awhile back;"who knows what kind of abuse they've gotten...

I daily drive my car but really not that far so i'll be okay with stiffness.like I said, I wanna build a good susp but dont want to go crazy.

I bought a set of used omnis that ended up fitting really weird. At it's lowest setting i still had a 2 finger gap in the front so i ended up returning them. Just beware of buying used suspension. The suspension ran too stiff for my liking also for everyday driving.

just got pulled over by the beaumont pd again for modified exhaust. showed the officer the sticker on my old citation from the ref and the cop was like, great, that's good that it's in state complianc. well have a good day sir. then I left w/o a ticket. I'm running a test pipe that's why my exhaust is louder than normal. LOL.

                      I'd never buy used coilovers.

You don't even drive your cb everyday.

I had the used set of omni's and the previous owner fucked up the threading, and I ended up selling them for about $140 less then I paid just to get rid of them. The only used suspension part I would buy now is probably the spring.

Correct Street is the softer one, and Sport is the "race" version. They used to be $650 shipped, but I guess everything has gone up in price now...

Yup. All aftermarket parts got more expensive. The prices jumped up back in May.
