I am in the same situation, but the housing market is in the process of taking a dump. It's not going to get better any time soon.

Yeah housing market in LA is crazy. My wifes sister is thinking about moving to Reno and the houses out there are only about $400K for a 5 bedroom with pool and jacuzzi. I can't even get a decent 2 bedroom condo in LA for that. Well i may have announced the part out a little early. Only reason i thought about parting out the car was because my wife got on my case about spending too much money the past month on the CB (almost $2000 ). So no part out for the mean time. Sorry Wilson and Long. If i do decide to part out you guys have the first dibs on the stuff you asked about.

well, the realty is taking a shit now. But if you have a good paying job, and you know that your job is secured, come over here to beaumont. My boss is moving into a 3400 square foot house, two story, with everything upgraded, brand new home, for I think 360k, for sure it was less than 400k. And my wife bitches about me too, but because of my family and my mortgage and other bills, I cannot spend much on my car at this moment. just watch your spending bro. This way you can still keep your cb7, and keep the wife happy. huh, I have an f20b long block in the garage waiting on some pistons that I cannot afford yet. because of my bills. whatever decisions you make, good luck.
