my project for the weekend if my ebay clears come in.

I´m not risking cracking my bumper lights though so I´m dremeling on the top housing to slide the reflector inside.

I use to reseal my bumper lights using a plastic weld such as Ambroid or Tenax. You can get those at most hobby stores. I used clamps to secure the lens while the plastic weld dried. The results look factory since the clear plastic is melted back together.

i've never tried the oven trick with these lights. i use to always dremel off the lens where it meets the reflector.
