The infamous 27156 = modified smog device only correctable by going to the smog ref and passing the visual,and sniffer.. Not sure on the loud exhaust VC, but you can get that written off by any law enforcement individual. Jay prob got a Correctable VC Violation.

i wouldnt know about the arc winglets as everything else on the car is boxy. Wheels look cool, and clear fogs would go better with the wheels. Sort of weird to have white wheels with smoked amber. That's just me thinking out loud.

Yeah man, there's a reason for it.

By keeping NJ plates, I get out of smoging it in Cali, plus it's 100% legal for me to live here and keep my NJ tags.

You sould see my Driver's License: It's from NJ, but it has a Cali address on it!

My Protege 5 and my Accord have NJ tags, but my Pathfinder has Cali tags since I brought it here.

actually, you can get it written off and not go to ref, or just go to ref. and then court. On mine, i just went to the ref, passed the db test, then went to court. fortunately though, the cop who pulled me over never submitted the ticket. so have a year for them to do it. as for now, if i get pulled over again, i just show them my ticket that never gotten taken care of.
