I heard Firestone alignment sucks.

I only know one person that has the lifetime alignment, and he said it was worth it, but he doesn't really know much about cars. Most of the reviews I've read say they have horrible customer service and rip people off though. I guess my search for a local alignment shop continues.

I know a place you can go to for an alignment. It's only a one-time fee though. However, his work is excellent. He'll get the specs right no matter what. Do it once, do it right.

Temple city is kind of a drive, so if I was comfortable driving the car that far I'd go to one of my regular shops, but $55 is cheap considering your car is lowered.

yea im looking at cb7s with tow hooks, its just funny where these people mount them. they cut a rear bumper, or they put it on the bottom and uncentered.

I have a lifetime alignment policy with Express tires in San Diego.. Its honestly the best 125 bucks i've ever spent.. I've changed my axles, pulled my knuckles off to do my brakes and they've always aligned my shiet back within specs..

If you know how to read specs, you can go over your spec sheet with the service advisor, and if something out of wack then you can request they put your car back on the rack and correct it.. I have a policy on my cb7 and daily cd5, both cars have even thread wear and drive straight..

Yo guys whats your take on this, and what should i do. Remember the dude that hit me???yeah the bumper marks/chips he left. I havent heard from him for a while but i have his # number, drivers license #, license plate #, his name, but i didnt get his insurance because he said that he wanted to deal with it in person and by himself. its been bout a month or so when i last talked to him and he said that he didnt have the money then after i gave him about 3-4 weeks to get the money. I gave him the price to fix it and he said that was bullshit...est at $549. he wanted me to take it to his friend to paint it but i refused. WTF??? this shit is getting annoying and dont kno what to do. It cant be buffed out, thats what about 4 painters told me, so repainting the whole bumper is a must. Should i take him to court even though he said he wasnt ready??? small claims court is what im thinking. I get pissed everytime i think about it. I was thinking of saying it was a hit & run thing cuz he didnt THINK about leaving a note...WHAT SHOULD I DO...help me out socal.

PS: I still have Tonys card he passed out at the may meet..haha

Its your car thus you can take it to whomever you wish.. I would contact his ass and just ask him for the money.. if he gives you the run around, just tell him ok, i tried to handle this out of court, ill see you in small claims.. If you threaten him he is likely to pay.. Maybe you should include rental car fees.. since its inconveniencing you ..
