tony you gotta get a custom mount if you are mounting at manny tranny onto an auto chasis..
or the harder way... remove the auto mount and reweld a manny mount (cut and weld technique)
the reason why you'd need to drill and tap is because the accord mount-to tranny location differs from the prelude mount-to tranny. if you use a prelude mount then you dont need to drill then tap. if your using an accord manny tranny mount you'd have to drill and tap the new holes onto the h22 tranny.
since your doing an auto to manual on an auto cb, your better off just getting a custom auto-to-manny tranny mount that already lines up the original mounting holes to the tranny so you do not need to drill and tap.
like the link craig posted, it might be a lil bit more money to buy those mounts, but they look solid and do not have to go through the hassle of finding a custom fab shop.
edit: its also not recomended to use a prelude 5spd tranny mount on an auto accord. cause once you do that, it will push the engine towards the driver side and will cause the underdrive pully to ride on the engine bay side wall. i tried this technique on my gold cb, and it did more harm then good.
here is a a sample....this was my done to my car and here is the picture of what i was talkin about.
