i might do it but for now im just going to put the philips bulbs and ballast i had on the altima on this one, but i have to retro fit the 9006 shroud over the d2r bulb like i used to have them on my accord back in the day before the jdm headlights

What ballast are you running on the cb in your sig? When I was using my jdm headlights none of my denso/koito ballast would clear without trimming that lip the rubber boot mounts to.

im using the philips ballasts, they have the red plug on them with the little lighting bolt on it, they cleared perfect over the rubber pieces

I couldn't get the denso plugs to clear and the H1 bulbs to fit, so Joey got lucky and bought those headlights from me. I regret that so much now.

I had 4 sets of ballast at the time and none of them cleared, and I liked the size of the lexus ballast, so I never ordered a set of phillips.

hey jesus was telling me that if i get HIDS that i should get some shields or something that makes the lighting better i think it was the shields long is talking about

yeah i have those shields on my car, they are made of aluminum, and they help the beam pattern out so its not as scadered

The cutoff is like a wide V almost like bosche projectors. The silver things around the bulbs.

yeah but you can get them on ebay for under $30 i believe but they aren't the true casper shields but they still work. thanks again long for the deal. search under h4 shield or something like that.

i too had to trim the headlight lip a bit to make the ballast plug fit the bulb. it's not that hard long. but it's best to do it when the headlights are off the car. however i'm using lexus GS ballasts which are pretty bulky in size, wiring, and plug.
