Hey man you started it YOU FINISH IT. hahah... Well honestly just stay on top things thats all. Thats what I did. Just follow these steps.

1. Find a location. Since you found the location. (ALISO CREEK)

2. Now find a date where MOST will attend. *keep in mind that some people will say that their going but end up not showing up because of a reason which is cool. shit happens anyone*

3. Once you find a date choose a time.

4. Then make a list of whos going.

5. Once you got that list make a list of things that are needed for the meet (usually food, untensils, pots pans, ky jelly and what not)

Here are my 2 methods on keeping track of what to bring.

METHOD #1
you can let people who are going pick some items off the list on what to bring. or simply just assign it to them. make sure they bring enough for most people.

METHOD #2
You have LA/SD/IE make a list from what city on whos going or what they are bringing.

IE
1.Tony - Raceboy - His Meat

etc.
SD
1.Jaime - optimusprime - himself to Disneyland

etc.


Just stay on top. get peoples phone numbers...ideas opinions. Keeping in touch with people is the key. If you wanna have a successful meet be well organized. It worked for me.

Since you want this to happen make it happen bro. The second generation (the new faces from the 3rd meet and after) of So.Cal cats should show us OGs how its done. Show some leadership!
