so if i came to cali would i see cars like these driving around on the streets or are they all show/race cars only brought out to events?

pretty much show cars brought out to events, you'll rarely see cars like these prepped up like this on the streets of cali. too much attention from the WRONG kind of people, cops and thieves.

you'll see a lot of civics/integs with drops, lips, and rims, couple with paint shop. Nothing over the top.
