Thanks Timmy, I'll check the autoparts place to find those plugs.

Thanks jhondayaaj, I am having trouble passing smog, and I want to change to colder plugs so my rich mixture (H22 jdm P13) of fuel gets enough spark. Should I just run the stock plugs instead? Thats what I have in there now, and they are brand new ones, I still failed smog.

HC and NO levels are a bit high. My stock cat could be a culprit as well. Too many miles on it i assume. I want to seafoam, oil change, spark plugs, and cat change before i go back.

don't change your plugs to colder ones. it won't help you much. put a good cat on, and I would suggest a new o2 sensor from honda. and all the basic cap, rotor, valve adj. tune up. make sure your ignition timing is not off either.

x2 on everything Josue suggested. I suggest changing your oil before the smog check.. It actually helps with emissions. Warm your cat up and get it tested early in the morning.

Thanks for the cold plug info!

You guys know of any place that will change out my cat for a better one. I hear that the magnaflow cats are kind of cheap, but I'm having trouble finding a place that doesn't sell magnaflows!

You might also check the EGR valve and ports to ensure the valve is operating correctly, and that the ports aren't clogged. I don't think valves go bad very often. My ports were clogged when I got my swap BAR'ed and failed on the same gases as you. Cleaned them out and it passed.

                      Crimpers

Does anybody near North County San Diego have access to large gauge crimpers 8awg - 1/0awg. Willing to put up some collateral to borrow or even buy.

That is ghetto, which is why I would never get anything like that installed by a retail store like Circuit City. 1/0 awg, 1 awg , and 4 awg power cables. Found a site for what looks to be a good (based on reviews) set of crimpers for $150. Was hoping to get something for this weekend though.

As many of you guys know I removed my 3rd brake light for cosmetic reasons. I also removed the bulb connection that is under the rear speaker panel and was wondering what I can do to get that rear brake light in my dash to turn off. Don't they sell like dummy plugs or something?? That thing gets really annoying.

measure the resistance of the bulb, insert a resistor of equal value
