I dont know if this is the right place to post this but here it goes i just got my fog lights but i have a after market 92 accord front bumper and it does not have the cut out of the fogs and i wanted to know if there is anyone that could help me put them on

he has an aftermarket oem bumper. so there is no cut out lines for him to cut out. he would need the template

i wanted to know what bulb are the fog lights cause i got some depo ones and they say on the bulb H3U well i think its a U is that correct or is it just a H3
