.here's my problem.....the o2 sensor....finally got around to get one....now after installing it to the down pipe...the sensor dont match up to connect...???






you can see they have the same connect....can i just cut the connection from the o2 sensor..to match the other connection...??? does anyone have one...or should i hit the junkyard????

you got the wrong sensor for the wrong car. prelude sensors have a an opposite style plug, if you got it at a store exchange it,

what year is your car? what harness are you using?

you can splice the other plug to match, but because not to mix them up because you will certainty get a cel

most likely a bad abs modulator or abs control unit.

Yeah I found that out too when I did my swap since I bought the prelude sensor. Well I did what Jesus suggested with the splicing. I cut the male connector off the old accord sensor and spliced it to the harness in place of the female connector. The wires are in the same order I think you just have to think backwards like reading something from the mirror LOL.

now that the abs light went off by itself the same day.....now my car wont start sometimes only about 15% of the tie though...all the rest of the time it starts up, kinda rough when its cold in the morning. i think its due to the main relay but not positive any ideas/suggestions? oh and when it doesnt start up ill try a few times then wait like 5 minutes then it will start right up with no problem just happened right now when i was trying to leave work
