Man tell your brother to park his car behind yours, and get a quick release hub so you can take your steering wheel inside with you. This way you can sleep with it or even spoon it..
But seriously i have a Fet Sports Quick Release, i can easly take my steering wheel off in seconds and unlike most quick releases its only a inch or inch in a half in lenght.. Dang Thats bigger than your tete jed..

these are what i can get for free....

1g dsm exhaust manifold.

450cc injectors

1g turbo and waste gate

i already have a boost gauge

your going to need a intercooler, and to have it tuned. this might cost you a little bit. Personally i would go all motor with a h22..
