The show wasn't as big as I thought is was going to be. And there were way too many stance cars with body kits and nothing else done to them, for my liking. But there are always few gems.

I prefer SpoCom because they include a lot of purpose built track cars and and weekend warrior cars. And many others that actually dont fear an imperfect road or speed bumps.

Will post up some pics in a little bit. Just getting them ready.

Wow, that's not a bad show at all, minus all the stance.

I mean, come on, a stanced out R35 GTR so low you can't even use it? Please... If it's static, then that's one ridiculous thing, but if it's on bags, then that goes to show you that some people have too much time and money.

Anyways, I'm loving the FDs, the rat rod, the Dautsun sedan, and the ITB M3.

A few more things I didn't like about Autocon, was that about 80% of the cars didn't have their hoods up. Likely because most of them were probably still stock where it really counts. Also none of them had displays with maybe a build list or dyno sheets.

About every 30min a car was called up to the stage at the rear of hall. So you get to hear it turn on and rev just a little bit while they slowly make their way to the stage. Of course many of them sounded nearly stock with just an upgraded exhaust.

For example, the most disappointing was this bad ass looking Mercedes that was called up. It looked like it belong in a Le Mans race. So I prepared myself to video it when they first start it up. And...... WTF! It sounds completely stock. My friends and I just walked away in disgust.

It looks like Japan's oni camber crowd invaded the US. Look at the GS. I bet his hood wasn't up.
