Cell phone ticket - To fight or not?

When I had my cb up and driving,

1. Cracked windsheild
2. tinted windows
3. loud exhaust 3X
4. headlight under 21in. 5x
5. loose muffler 2x cheap hangers broke or was really brittle
6. tires being inside the wheel wells new to me I kno odd
7.no turning indicator lights 2x fuse blew causing that didnt kno both times.

No infractions
Tunning a red light.

If thats the case, I would of been happy to get rid of such a problematic car.

I fixed all that, itwas being low that got me plus the car looked like shit

I noticed when I drove some nicer cars that are dumped nothing happens oh well

Basically i held the phone up to my ear for 1 second, saw a cop then put down the phone and got pulled over.

Even if you saw a cop with a cell phone next to his ear, you'd think that he was talking to it. Although his excuse is that he only put it up for 1 second. I'm pretty sure you would say "my ass..."
