If your first run was what u said, then after about three runs, you should b at least a second faster. Because you're still getting use to dragging it on the tracks. Better reaction times, where and when to launch, etc
          I'm going.

          To watch. .

Haha. U know my cars not made for dragging. And I have to street tune jerrys car first. I need to double check fuel pressure and timing because of the plugs he's running. He's running iridium plugs which is a hotter plug than platinum. More spark. So I need to adj fuel press and timing so the motorisnt running too hot. I'm thinking about putting fuel pressure at around 46 psi and set timing to about 14 degrees. Then we'll go from there. Also do a valve adj. We'll see. If I can set it down straight enough, he may take his car.

That was my result too, but only because I got nervous and couldn't launch for shit.

getter done....he can possibly use the tires too for a run or two...not making too much difference for us...so is the iridium plugs no good for us or what...

Iridiums are a hot plug. Alot of spark. So it makes your combustion chamber hot, stealing hp. So you would have to compensate it by retarding it a couple degrees and adjusting fuel pressure. At the same time making sure it isn't too rich.
