Not meaning to put down anyone's ability to tattoo, but I wouldn't trust someone who only had 4 years of experience. It seems like a big gamble. I'd much rather be tattooed by someone who has had a lot of experience. Its permanent so I would want the best possible work by an extremely credible artist with a book of work that could be browsed.Comment
