i can't imagine how great that sense of ownership/possession must feel.

I know the feeling. Basically, all your money goes toward your mortgage, then bills, then food, then yourself. It's really tough and u have to set your priorities straight and go by it. That's why I haven't done much to my cb. Oh, plus I have 5 kids. So they come even before the cb. Lol.

i have no kids, just expensive hobbies LOL. i haven't attempted to drive the CB up there yet. i know it won't clear the front lip for sure. the wagon gets pretty close but i still haven't tried all the way. too scared!

After a few months of paying for mortgage, u should get use to it. Just remember, buy your needs, not wants. That's how I made it this long. It's not easy, but I know u can do it.

bad news, the house got broken into .

it happened between wednesday and this morning, friday. found a window broken with glass everywhere. they took my leaf blower and a circular saw. lights were on and doors unlocked. police dusted for prints but that's it. whack! i don't live there just yet. i'm still doing some repairs so good thing i wasn't home...good thing for them i mean !
