    new project for 2010

i don’t know if you all caught on but i didn’t want to mention anything until it was final. after months of planning, holding out on my hobbies, keeping my credit score in check, bidding back and forth, and year after year of saving, the new project for 2010 has finally arrived. my prayers have been answered!

i am a first-time home owner! actually my brother and i are joint owners. the house is located in anaheim 3 miles from my work. escrow closed on new years eve at 6pm and i was so relieved! reason being is that if it had closed in the new year, i had to redo my interest rate which would have been higher thus more expensive. i placed bids on 2 other houses prior to this one and i believe i got the best deal here. third time’s a charm!

    here are the specs:
    -3 bedrooms
    -2.5 bath
    -built in 2000
    -1900 sq ft space
-2 car garage w/ long driveway (my favorite part)
    -new laminate wood flooring downstairs
    -new carpet upstairs and throughout
    -new interior paint
    -gated with community park/pool
-and this was a bank owned property!

there are lots to do which is currently taking up my time so i apologize for being a stranger recently. the water heater needs replacing and i’m already redoing the garage. there is also some minor interior work but i’m planning to move in within two weeks so when i settle i will for sure be throwing a house warming party!

that pic was taken during the home inspection. i have plenty more current ones to share but i can’t find my usb cable.

Aww boo! There's a red zone right in front of your house Tim. No VIP parking for visitors I guess.

jk, but I think tim's house should belong to a HOA or a home owner's association from the look of the houses nearby. In that case, they'd be on to him pretty fast if he attempted it ahah
