I need an Engine Hoist, anyone??

Ok i looked before i posted this thread and i couldn't decide where to post it.

I am stuck on my swap at the moment, the place where i was gonna rent to engine hoist closed their business, and now i don't know where to rent one.

If anyone here has one or knows where to rent one please let me know, i am in the LA area.

Vouch for Geralds engine hoist..

Do what most people do. Buy it, use it, and return it. Harbor freight has a nice return policy.. Just tell them it was a piece of crap and didnt work for you.

I got one from Economic Rentals yesterday, and i returned same day. they wanted to charge me for 2 days cause the guy thought i wasn't gonna make it. f.ing thieves!!!!!

look on craigslist, in my area, there are tons of hoists up for sale. I bought my hoist and an engine stand for 90 bucks, the guy just used it once to lift up his 454 engine and do a swap. I just sold it last week for 160 bucks lol.
