wow ok where to start...

well, im screwed on the part where i need a stock intake and exhaust. ill hav to go look in my garage for my intake and hope its there. the whole exhaust part, i was thinking bout cutting the muffler tips off and putting a more OEM looking muffler, then later weld the old ones back on, or just keep the new one on. i still hav never heard of a carb sticker. and to put the cherry on top of this whole thing, once again last night goin to a party, my buddie and i were gettin ready to light up a bowl and the next thing i kno i see blue and reds in my mirror. so i tell my buddy to put that shit away we got cops on our ass. cop comes up to my window. showed him my liscense and told me my tint was too dark and that he doesn't like it wen he can't see me... lol but that my exhaust was too loud. shifting into 2nd at 2500! this is gettin real old too me now. like i kno the whole drill now its annoying lol oh but anywayz, i asked this cop some questions cuzz he was way more chill than the dick that pulled me over wit the ticket. i asked him bout wat a "carb sticker" is. he said, "a whhhaaaaaatttttttt???????" i swear ive never laughed harder hahahahaha so we told him wat happened and said thats "bullshit ive never heard of that law/code b4", so we said thank you officer, and took off

I've had the same exhaust for a few years now, never got pulled over (thank God) but it might be because I have out of state tags................

dang justin handle this one at a time.

i would get a stock exhaust and intake. also CLEAN YOUR EGR valves (joesue can help you with this) b/c this will help pass your car on the dyno, esp if you've never done it before. this is for assurance that you'll pass the first time b/c if you don't it might get worse. the ref isn't that bad.

the driver's lic is a simple play as everyone said, but the no ins i have no idea. most cops around here know what a CARB sticker is so they know what's legal and what's not. they even knew i was running an H22 but he was cool and didn't pop me for a swap. he just got me for my exhaust, which is a greddy sp1, which pulled a 83db at the ref, which was a $10 at the court 5 months later.

lol either my exhaust is old or the h22 is quieter because i was rated at 93db lol

well i so i finally called the state referee. got everything settled. i hav to go to golden west college to the automotive dpt. this is really funny cuzz, im going to golden west college next semester for automotive and or business management. the lady on the phone said its basically gonna be a smog test on the dyno like u said timmy. i said oh so if i've passed smog already i shud be fine right? she said yup! dates set for feb. 11. if i pass the test, they can right the ticket off right there. if i fail, then i gotta go to court and go from there...

so just gotta swap the intake and i shud be fine! hope everything goes well

GWC has some evil speed bumps. I bottomed out my friend's GS in there before which is sad because his car isn't even that low. I've also gotten stuck on a speed bump in my friend's EP in the same lot.

you still need to go to court to show you had the ticket taken care of, pay the small court fee, then you're free!
