they do sell it separately but for you to use the filter you need to buy the flange. they sell it separately for ppl who replaces their's every so often

Apexi's filter does not just "bolt on" with a hose clamp. You need the tube because it bolts onto that tube allowing you to put it to your remaining piping.

its most likely cheaper for you to buy it locally, shipping would own you. and we dunno how much they are selling it for till the day of the sale

well the cheapest one i found was almost 500 shipped

for almost 150 more i can get an rsr

well prices are high for you due to where you live as well, not to mention the shops outside of socal has no real competition thus prices are sold as msrp plus shipping as well.
