        I work in the rain so if it is raining a little it is fine for me, dont think my camera would like it...

          Well that's what I was thinking of. Of course I can wear a hood... but I don't want to ruin my mom's camera, which I use.

          So I see sean mentioned a mall or something with a parking garage, that might work out.
