The evo is separate from Mitsubishi. They teamed up with Jesus to create it. For the evo10 they couldn't afford Jesus anymore with the economy and such, thats why its ugly.

Most people don't like the evo more. Its all about the sti with the savvy mature owners and their cool sounding exhaust that screams hp! Your from Washington, you should know.
Lets not forget about ken block, he drives one of those sti's.

It's true... but the boxer engine really does sound amazing.

I just get the impression that the subbies are built better. I dunno, larger engines too. Seems better, I suppose in the end I'd have to drive both.

Although if it was the evo x vs. sti wagon thing I'd def choose sti.

Edit: and just so you know, I fabbed a set of 4-1 unequal length headers for my accord and it sounded...... just like a "boxer" engine. Then I sold them to cali-racer.
