i have seen 2 CB's since i have been in New York, and 1 since i have been in Saratoga Springs NY. both belonged to elderly people.
interesting eh? i figured i might see more but i WAS in the city and Saratoga Springs is kind of far out there. I did see about 15-20 Bentley's though.
