I ripped out my A/C yesterday. Oh the irony of ripping out my A/C while sweating profusely during the hottest days ever.

But my engine bay looks that much better. Even though it's still not going to look good. I fail at cleaning.

Haha. I'm not sure. I have the clutch, I have the flywheel. I have the motor. So whenever? Most jobs I'd jump at myself and just figure out but I don't want to fuck up my clutch in a couple hundred miles b/c I did something dumb.

If you have a dremel that would be awesome. Apparently my flywheel is too thick so part of the oil pan shield or some shit needs to be ground down slightly.

I'm using an e30 "i" trans and flywheel and stage 2 clutch. And I'm using an e36 motor. It works, it's been done. It's either that or pay a couple hundred and have the flywheel machined. Fuck that. I'll just grind a little bit off with a dremel. It's all good.

use an angle grinder
much more badass
and faster
and you can fuck shit up with it

For the record I'm not grinding the flywheel... I'm grinding something on or near the block/oil pan that the flywheel slightly rubs if not ground down. I don't remember exactly but it should be pretty obvious once it's bolted up.
