It will fix his problem if he does it on a consistent basis(bang different chicks). He'll have to not get emotionally attached and be able to just move on to the next one as if it were a sock or something. In banging all those chicks, he'll become less attached to his ex and eventually forget about her, or forget enough that he's not depressed about it.

It's been over a year now and he's lost A LOT of weight because of it. Hell, I didn't lose weight lol and I was pretty fucking bummed out. I got as drunk as possible every day.
