thats also without port and polsih. i can still do the 3 angle valve job and a mill but no porting and/or polishing of any kind.
rods are up to you, i dont know how hard you'll be running the motor or whatever the hell you do with it. shot peening should be fine for light mods aka bolt ons and a little bit more.
but yea, thats labor only.
parts = entire engine kit, water pump, oil pump, tbelt package, head bolts, maybe head stuff if it needs any but will need to be checked when it is taken apart.Comment
