Year prop valve from a DA integ would work which is a 50/50 if i remember correctly.

right now imma try to work on a custom intake manifold. Using our EOS laser sintering machine at work. .. kinda like this

The material i'll be using will be a mix of nylon and aluminum. heat resistance of about 500degree's... perfect for under the hood application. I'm doing more research on this though. We actually made a prototype intake manifold(i forgot the company name, the the part file name was ...corvette_manifold_sls_t01... <-you decipher that. lol) Thier prototype was nylon/aluminum. And it was application ready. Cost them 6-7grand for 1 manifold. My boss told me it was a racing development team that made the design.

I told my boss i'm gonna make me a design, and he told me if we have the time, and the material he dosen't see why not.. lol.

Imma jack all the airflow design from that manifold(it's crazy) and make it H22/F22 applicable!

Id buy one...lol. I was thinking about this the other day, what if someone built a intake manifold made of a lighter material which could replicate the euro-r IM. Youd save weight and possibly lower IAT's by using a different type of material. Looks like you may have found a new idea. Now make a couple and sell them.

I was looking at skunk2 and they have an intake manifold made out of composite material. They also made a fuel rail out of that same material, applications aren't available yet...
