Hey did you ever try to get your EGR/ports serviced? I thought that wouldn't do much but all I gotta say is DAMN! It's like it took the mucus out of my cars throat and I instantly felt a difference as far as acceleration. The car could breathe better and felt smoother to drive. After the service I took the car to get BAR'd but still failed but it took the HC's from a gross polluter down to where I'm at now. The Gross polluter problem was because of the Faulty (although brand new) prelude catalytic converter. Turned out to be a reject Magnaflow cat but now it's going to be my 2.5 test pipe. once or if I get past BAR.

Another thing I might suggest is getting your car drunk on alcohol. I was going to do this however my car is down and I gotta reschedule BAR once again. I've seen lots of car threads not only just honda work with this stuff and some even pass catless cars so it's worth a shot. If you are as desperate as I am right now, shiet...

(UPDATE)

Found out from my mechanic today the dealer didn't even change my balancer shaft seals or cam seals... WTF. This is going to be good once I get back with them.

Time to sue? Tony said Honda mechanics dont know shit. He said never to take your car there, especially when it comes to swapped engines.

thats probably what went out on the project car. pretty bad leak from the front of the motor.
