People need to learn how to drive, i encountered more idiots. I went to the parts store today and asked them if they carried a vtec solenoid but the guy had a stupid look to his face, didn't know what i was talking about.
i got frisked tonight. my friend was showing off his airsoft pistol and we were in front of his house in Galt. so my other buddy that rode with me was kinda messing around with it but not shooting it.
next thing i know a cop car pulls up across the block. the friend that owned it said, "whoops, turned around and stuffed it into his waistband."
cop car comes rolling up and says, "hows it goin, what are you guys passing around?"
i didnt say anything because i wasnt passing shit around. finally my friend says, i have an airsoft gun and pulls it out of his waistband, LOL.
and then here it comes, ID, what are you doing here, another backup cop arrives. we start getting frisked and i call my box cutter my work utility...lol. he frisks me and says, "let me ask you again, do you have anything that is sharp or is going to poke me?"
i answer, "no..."
"what the hell is this? some kind of ipod or something?"
"that's my GPS."
he then gave my friend some lecture on how hes not allowed to carry handcuff keys on his keychain even though the purchase of handcuffs is not illegal. they asked us more questions of where we are coming here and what are we doing, why is my accord dome light is on???? why do we have a flash light? why does my buddy have so many keys???
what was funny is how these police came out of the wood works. we were seriously just standing in front of the house for about 5 minutes before cops rolled up on us.

ok so i'm transfering the autoX vids n pix right now to my laptop. Imma need to compress video and upload everything after. So i'm looking at an ETA of 48hours hahaha cus im about to crash, and tomorrow night i've got some dinner party to go to.
oh yeh so imma take Keiko to pre-smog tomorrow, after i swap valve cover(maybe vc gasket as well depending on how lazy i am), hopefully everything is good.-:¦:-

I'm going to try to go back to oem platinum plugs or the new pulse plugs and take out my iridiums. I hear platinums stay hotter but iridiums are more geared to life longetivity. Another thing I might try is mixing 87 octane with 91. I had a 3:1 mix of this when I first got my engine swapped in the old CB without any noticeable detonation/side effects (v-tec even still worked) so that may be another option instead of getting the car drunk on alcohol to lower HCs. Some turbo guys do it when their cars require premium and have had success so ehh I might try on a free retest.I need a custom turbo manifold built....

I shouldnt have gotten rid of the civic so easy. I should have used it for a good couple months to get this car rolling. Now that I am having tranny problems (well not SOO bad), I need to pull that shit out more than likely.
H2B??? Maybe. Ima hop on another commuter I find. Money is pulling in, and I have a lot more time on my hands than I did before.
Car looks like shit but paint is on its way. Can't wait to see the end result. Don't give up ninja

i wanted dany0 to ask the smog tech if he can run the 15mph portion in 1st gear which will bring the rpms to around 2900 and do the 25mph normally. reason being is that the 25mph will pass at 2400 rpms.
it'd be nice if we could have something to log the egt's and see how hot or cold it runs.

Oh yeh, and tommy, are you running a USDM p13 or JDM? .. i'm running a JDM p13 and i'm only losing in the HC's @15mph(255 when max is like 160). When i ran the USDM p13 i was at a lower HC but cutting it close in other area's.-:¦:-
