Mt Diablo Round 3

MT. DIABLO ROUND 3 - JUNE 26TH 2010

10am - Meet at Heather Farms to gather, talk, check out cars.
11am - First group heads up to Summit Mt. Diablo
11:15am - Second group heads to Summit.(depending on size of group)
12pm - NorCal guys who take charge......head to BBQ spot to set up.
12:30 - Rest of the group shows up to BBQ spot(depending on size of group)

Same spot for BBQ. That round parking will fit plenty of us and if we need more room, we can fill the parking lot just below the BBQ area where the restrooms are. Also shade under that tree and cant miss seeing the carved table with CB7Tuner.com.

There will be a $6 charge per vehicle to enter the park...

If Im not sent out of town for work Im in, I heard about some of the past MT Diablo Runs and Havent been up there

kinda depending on how many cars show we should split into 2 groups on the route up...to make the caravan/set up that much easier. just trying to organize this as much as possible so we dont have to worry about things at the time. ive been to enough unorganized meets and just end up leaving right away

1st group...(simple tasks)
*can organize parking up top
*can organize the BBQ spot
2nd group...
*wont have any issues with parking
*wont have to worry about alot of BBQ set up

just seems better to plan things out than let them happen(although my life usually pans out as things just happen)

hotel the night before would be ideal, IMO

With school ending around this time.... do we need to look at another month? early JULY? or keep it to LATE JUNE?
