Getting Dyno Tuned today, hopefully i hit my goal

Timing belt and all related parts are done. Intersection lights are mounted and work, but now my driver side seat belt wont work. I think it has to do with the intersection lights. Does anybody have a diagram on wireharness for the intersection lights?

Okay i just got back from tuning, managed to hit 185whp and 146wtq.
Now i need to figure out why there is a dip at around 3.5k to 4k, also i need to see if i can get my hands on another Vtec solenoid. It kept going in and out of vtec causing dips in my power band. I need to get that fixed and get tuned again.
