Apparently according to him he can't make clear decisions.. Well in short he got the head done for cheap.. He was expecting a $1000+ job on the head but a friend of his got it done for cheap.. So I guess he still want to extend it's life.

I checked the suspension and this mufucker aint runnin any bumpstops.. Could that be it?

Ok I tightened it but the bushing are being crushed to hell.. Should I go further?

then no, i would back it off till the bushing looks relaxed yet still tensioned.

Just bought some VTEC Calipers guess my suspension will have to wait .........need the brakes more than the susp anyways due the rotors being warped. Here's a pic refernece in the size difference Left are VTEC and Right are the SI calipers:
