June/July Meet!!..prep thread

Is there any way for us to have a weekday meet? I wanna meet on a Thursday during the day, and then whoever is interested can go up to the Atco raceway and do a few runs. If we're there by 6, there shouldn't be much of a line!

Just my $.02. A Jersey meet is definitely in order, though Six Flags would be more of a pain in the ass than anything. We need some place where we can just park.

ok...6 flags inst good...we established that....but we need to find a place in jersey..im not driving to connecticut right now...its jus to farto much of a hassle at this point in time...umm...but we should find a park..with enough space..bbq pits...theres some with bbq pits/grills round here(central NJ)......fields to chill and play..do activities etc etc etc

Atco sounds good. My parents house is 5 minutes away. If you wanted to kidnap them we could have all the BBQ's and partying we wanted without any consequences.
I mentioned it before, but there's gotta be some park in the Pine Barrens. It would be quiet and near atco maybe.
I think I'll do some scouting on my way down to South Jersey this Memorial Day.

I don't know of any parks in the barrens that wouldn't kick us out. There's Batsto, but that wouldn't be good. Maybe I'll take a ride today and see what I can find! My girl loves the woods, so we'll make a day of it!

Nah, we went to a BBQ and then it rained (with tornado warnings for Burlington County... go figure! )

Hopefully I'll be able to get out this week and look. I'm at work almost every day (a double shift today, so i won't be out till 8 at the earliest)
