your welcome but i dont wanna hear RAIN as an excuse. your gonna be inside the car just scrap all the rust off first and then wait till its sunny to paint the floor(by the way your floor is not rusty is the thin sheet of aluminum that goes on top of the sounddeadning that was rusty, your floor is still solid)
