Lake CHARGOGGAGOGGMANCHAUGGAGOGGCHAUBUNAGUNGAMAUGG, would be a good spot. (look it up.. it really does exist)
Its in Webster, Ma which is kind of near Worcester and only an hour from the NH line, 30 mins from the RI line, and 5 mins from the CT line. There's plenty of parking, you can bring a grill, there's a beach, nice place for Kayaks. It is just up the street from the police station but its a park meant for people to gather and stuff. If everyone is behaved I'm sure we wouldn't have a problem
