I'll start off by asking if there are any good junkyards in Phoenix or the surrounding cities? Just wanting to get some random parts or anything that catches my eye.

You should. You may be able to find a bunch of good parts, sell them here and make some cash. Go check it out soon.

I just found a Passenger headlight at the pick a part on tues. Paid only $12.89! its in good shape too. but im just gonna use this one to practice on for my blackhousing and to see if i should yellow house the Hi beams or not.
